AMPA AGREXCO 

In 2016, the Ampa Group acquired Agrexco Carmel, which was originally established in 1956 as a government-owned company and played a central role in exporting Israeli agricultural produce. The internationally recognized brands “Agrexco” and “Carmel” continue to be known for their quality and reliability among consumers worldwide.

The acquisition was driven by a vision to restore and develop Israeli agriculture, proving that the industry can thrive and prosper.

Today, the company focuses on two main areas of activity:

• Carmel Blueberry – A leading brand for the cultivation and marketing of premium blueberry varieties, in partnership with Moshav Natur in the Golan Heights.
• Carmel Strawberry – An advanced research and development project focused on creating innovative premium strawberry varieties.

Ampa Group continues to invest in agricultural innovation, strengthening the Carmel brand as a significant force in both local and international markets.
